Here you can download TMS and related controls.

TMS Setup is done with the Windows Installer so,if you have Win9x/NT and you've never installed new software based on windows installer you've to download and install the Windows Installer RunTime. You don't need Windows Installer for Windows 2000 because it's installed with the operating system.

You've also to download and install the last version of Visual Basic Runtime (VB6 Service pack 3) and some OCX controls (if you don't have them). You have to download and install Controls, Windows Installer and Windows Installer only the first time.
I will also release a full installation (with VBRuntime, all OCX and DLL and Windows Installer).

Important Notes:

The 0.3.0 version include Help File and is bigger than last versions... from the next version the help file will be a separate download to reduce space

Before installing a new Version you've to disinstall the older one.
